Our technology is often described as the best kept secret in the industry. Why? Because most of our customers don't want their customers to know that savings are being made. With fuel escalators now being key to survival, operators don't necessarily want to share the savings! Companies hauling their own product are different (see below) - they tend not to mind as much - but sadly they only form about 5% of our customer base. The vast majority of our customers want to remain anonymous - and it is extremely frustrating. Thankfully we now have independent verification of the savings via the pilot programmes undetaken this year (see Fleetstat testimonial below).

Mark has all but one of his vehicles running on Diesel/LPG (the last one was too old at the time of conversion). He has two new vehicles coming in during the summer (2008) and both will be converted prior to joining the fleet. Acting in our role as independent fleet-performance-analysis consultants, we have been involved with a number of pilot programmes for the Dual-Fuel systems where the gas system has been installed by Future Fuel Technology Ltd working as part of an Alliance, which also involves the supply of LPG by BP Gas. Whilst the operational profile of the fleets involved varied significantly, in all cases we demonstrated that substantial savings in fuel costs would be realised by the installation of such equipment. In some cases these savings amounted to a net 12% but in all cases the net saving was at least 9% at current prices. In addition we also noted ‘driver feedback’. This, for the most part, was very positive with no loss of power, or other performance related issues, being reported. Ian Burdess (Managing Director)
